* Please note that the Owners make no guarantee as to the accuracy of these rates or the condo's availability. All rates are subject to change at any moment, for any reason. All rate listed are tenative and Owner has the authority to refuse to honor a rate listed on this website. Owner reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone for any reason to the maximum extent allowed by law.
- $150 deposit required at booking ($50 for weekend
bookings)
- 3 Night minimum stay requirement
- Normal week rentals run from Saturday to Saturday
- Check-in at 4 p.m.
- Check-out is at 10 a.m.
- $75 departure cleaning fee (includes linens and
towels) included in the cost of the rental
- Access pass for gated community will be emailed
at the time of booking
- Availability is a on a first come, first serve basis
